Jim West - Jim is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He ministered with Youth for Christ for 4  years.  In 1987, he founded Barnabas Ministries where he serves as President and ministry overseer.  Since 1989, he also has served on a part-time basis as Chaplain for Pekin Union Mission.  Jim and his wife Denise have been married since 1974 and have one son, David. 

James Fincher - James is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Before joining the staff at Barnabas he worked with Exchanged Life Ministries Texas as a counselor and conference speaker for 17 years.  James and his wife Laura have been married for 30 years.  They have two children, Michael and Stephanie. 

Jimmy Petty - Jimmy is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He planted and pastored a church in Olympia, Washington for 10 years.  After that, he planted Teague Bible Church.  He has been there the past 10 years.  He and his wife Nancy have three children, Tyler, Grant and Angie.
